12 Days of Christmas- 11 Praise Songs

12 Days of Christmas 11 Praise Songs

I’m keeping up with the spirit of giving and doing a 12 days of Christmas here on the blog. Today, I’m sharing 11 praise songs that will help you worship the Lord.

I hope you enjoy these songs and have time to slow down and praise God during this busy season.

1. Adonai

2. Every Praise

3. The Stand

The first time I heard this song was at a youth camp. Listening to hundreds of teens sing, “I’ll stand with arms high and heart abandoned, in awe, of the one who gave it all. I’ll stand, my soul Lord to you surrendered, All I am is Yours”…was just incredible.

4. We Lift Our Hands In the Sanctuary

At my home church, we sang this song as a choir special. It is a lot of fun to dance to and worship God. I will praise Him for the rest of my days, yes I will, and I will praise Him for the rest of my days!

5. Awesome in This Place

God is awesome! He is awesome in our lives…awesome in the world…awesome in this place.

6. Sanctuary

I remember the first time I sang this song. I was a teenager and in a place in my life where I wanted God to use me.

7. God Will Make a Way

The message of these lyrics is so encouraging to me. When you get to a place in your life where there doesn’t seem to be a way, God makes a way.

8. Where the Spirit of the Lord is

9. The Anchor Holds

When I was growing up, a man in my church sang this song regularly as a special in church. It means so much to me, especially after a very trying year.

10. Healer

11. The Rising Sun

This song is new to me, but a friend of mine, Calie Garrett, is featured in it. She is a very talented musician.

I hope you feel encouraged and uplifted from this group of worship songs I put together.
