If you know me in person, then you know I love to cook. This is a skill that has been both necessary and fun to learn over the years. I have my beautiful mom to thank for teaching me the basics of how to follow a recipe.
I’m an artistic person, and it truly comes out when I want to put together a new recipe. Even though I know how to follow recipes, I rarely use one.
Gluten Free Stuffing Recipe
Recently, I made a stuffed chicken breast covered with gluten free stuffing. It turned out really amazing. In fact, the bread free stuffing tasted just like it should. Apparently, it isn’t the bread that makes stuffing taste the way it does.
Today, you can catch this recipe over at The Humbled Homemaker where I am guest posting.
If you plan to make the gluten free stuffing, there are a few things I would do different the next go round. Instead of putting the eggs in the food processor, I would have just chopped them up into bigger pieces. Then I would mix the egg pieces into the paste that is created. That will give it more texture like stuffing.
I would also suggest that you add chopped up pieces of cooked celery. My family doesn’t care for celery, that is why I didn’t add it to the recipe.
Let me know if you try it and how it turns out for you.
