Over the last year, I have had the privilege of connecting with some amazing marriage bloggers. These guys and gals have been true inspiration to me and they have awesome marriage advice week in and week out.
One of the biggest challenges I have faced in the marriage blogging realm is finding sex positive bloggers that see sex through a Biblical lens. It is has been even more of a challenge to find people that are willing to say the things that need to be said according to the standards of God’s Word.
I put together a list of marriage bloggers that I trust. I hope you will take time to check them out. They have been a huge help to me.
1. Jay Dee at Uncovering Intimacy
Jay Dee and I bounce ideas off of each other pretty regularly. He has a lot of great theological advice to share and interweaves his knowledge into practical marriage advice. For example, he gives advice to those struggling with sexual temptations in marriage.
2. J at Hot Holy Humorous
I love to read J’s articles. She addresses everything head on in her posts and adds quite a bit of humor to what she has to say. Her concepts are brilliant, like how to stop being a grinch in the bedroom.
3. Sheila at To Love Honor and Vacuum
Sheila has a great blog geared towards women. She goes around and gives her “girl talk” on a regular basis. It is her passion to let women know that they can be good girls and highly sexual with their husbands. She answers many reader questions, such as, can sex be hot and holy?
4. El Fury and Sexy Corte at Married Christian Sex
El Fury and Sexy Corte team up to write sexy prompts that you and your spouse can enjoy together. I think their ideas are super fun, like their most recent post about sock wrestling. These two are very creative and a lot of fun to follow.
5. Lori at The Generous Wife
Lori is a huge blessing to me. She comes up with daily prayer prompts that you can pray for your spouse. She always has quick little marriage tips that will get your mind in the right place when it comes to your spouse. I love following her on twitter for that very reason. One of her recent posts about a way to bless your spouse with toilet tissue was so awesome to me.
6. Paul at The Generous Husband
Paul and Lori are married and both have amazing blogs. In addition to the Generous Wife and the Generous Husband, they have these websites:
These two are such an amazing team and I love following them. Recently, Paul wrote an article titled YOU can change your marriage. What a great thought.
7. Bonny at The Oyster Bed
Bonny takes you through her journey of being a low sex drive wife and how she has worked to overcome that in her marriage. She has been writing a whole series of posts on the things she loves such as: I love knowing when sex is going to happen and I love gently blunt conversations about sex.
8. Gaye at Calm Healthy Sexy
Gaye has such a unique perspective on her marriage blog. I love how she incorporates healthy living into her marriage posts. What an awesome thing to focus on in your life. The key to a long marriage is being healthy enough to stick around for a while. I also appreciate her blunt conversations such as 6 ways to increase the sexual energy in your marriage.
9. Christian Friendly Sex Positions
I love these guys over at Christian friendly sex positions. They have more sex positions on their site than you could do in a year. There is really something for everyone. The best part is you don’t have to worry about being exposed to porn or inappropriate pictures and language.
10. Tammy at Married and Naked
Tammy regularly posts awesome quotes on her site. These fun marriage quotes are awesome to read. Not only does she do great quotes, but she also writes useful posts like: The Best Marriage Advice I Ever Received.
11. The Dating Divas
These lovely ladies are a huge inspiration to me. In fact, they are the biggest reason that Love Hope Adventure is what it is. Their bedroom games, date ideas, and other cute posts really captured my heart.
12. Casey and Meygan at Marriage365
Oh man do I LOVE following along with Casey and Meygan. These two awesome people are huge inspirations to me. They post such relevant advice on a daily basis on their Facebook page. Not only that, they offer marriage courses and plenty of great articles such as 4 Things We Learned From Marriage Counseling and How to Keep Boundaries With The Opposite Sex.
I hope you will check some of these guys out. I’m all for healthy marriages, but I can’t tackle ever topic alone. I’m so glad I have these awesome bloggers to refer you guys to. They care about you and are certainly worth spending time checking out.
