I haven’t had a chance to upload a recipe in quite a while. I thought it would be good to share this simple cloud bread recipe with you that I’ve been making lately. If you didn’t know, Austin and I have been working towards losing weight for a few years, and on account of it, we’ve made some great changes.
Cloud bread is made with egg whites, baking powder, and spices if you want to add them. Each one of these is only 13 calories or something like that. I have really enjoyed having something that is bread like enough, to dip in my soups without the high calorie of bread.
I made these for my mom who is gluten free, and she really liked them. My kids also love them and so does Austin. I hope it works out for you.
