We all want to feel sexy and comfortable with our bodies, especially when we are naked. For most of us, we struggle to feel that way because of our poor body image. You can do some things to feel better when you are undressed when you are with your spouse.
Spend Time Without Clothes On
Most of us do not spend much time without clothing. If you want to feel more comfortable in your own skin, you should take the time to walk around exposed. And it can be tough to do this in front of your spouse. Feeling comfortable naked in front of someone is definitely different than usual.
I know walking around undressed is difficult if you have young children. Be sure to lock your door if you are undressed and have little ones at home. Find a way to be alone and naked for periods of time each day.
When you get out of the shower, you can get ready while undressed instead of putting on a robe. At night, consider taking your clothes off before going to bed.
The point is that you need to find times in which you do not have clothes on. The more time you spend naked, the more comfortable you will feel.
Eat Healthier and Add-in Light Exercise
Any time you do something good for your body, you will feel more body positive. Try to add more fruits and vegetables to your diet. You don’t have to make significant changes to feel better about yourself.
It is also a good idea to try to add light exercise. Even going for a short walk every day can boost your self-image. Consider doing something that will get you moving a bit.
Start Out In Something Sexy
If you still aren’t sure you feel comfortable naked, start out wearing something that you feel sexy in. This can be an outfit or lingerie, whatever you feel most comfortable wearing. The goal is to show more skin with the clothing you choose.
The more comfortable you become revealing your skin, the easier it will be to get fully exposed. You can even select a few different outfits to wear over the course of a few weeks that are gradually revealing.
Go Without Underwear
One of the reasons we do not feel comfortable naked has to do with the fact that we feel better in underclothing. Learn to feel comfortable walking around without your skivvies. Of course, you will want to make sure that you choose the right times to go pantiless.
Consider sleeping without underwear on, or wear a pair of loose-fitting pants without underwear. This will help you feel physically comfortable when you are undressed.
Exposing yourself is not an easy task, even if you have someone you feel safe doing this in your life with. You must learn to enjoy your body when it is naked. When you can enjoy the way you feel and look, it will boost your physical intimacy.
