Female squirting is when fluid comes through the paraurethral ducts. It’s actually a mixture of liquid and urine that flows through that area during orgasm. It can create a lot of pleasure for a woman.
For a long time, there was a lot of debate on whether or not this is a real occurrence for women. According to the survey my friend Jay Dee ran, 37% of his participants said they have squirted during sex at least once. Some of these participants said they squirt every time. See the full results of his survey here.
If this is something you would like to try, here are a few tips to get you started.
Start With Heavy Foreplay
Usually, the key to female squirting starts with a lot of arousal. A wife should be really ready to orgasm and feel extremely revved up sexually. The husband can spend time on her erogenous zones and pay a lot of attention to those areas that will help her get naturally wet.
Stimulate The G-Spot
Most often, female squirting is associated with g-spot stimulation. This is located about an inch inside of your vagina. Your husband should be able to reach this with his fingers. It will swell the more aroused you get and it becomes bumpy or raised.
Your husband can stimulate this area with his finger by rubbing across it with a come here kind of motion. Or use a vibrator like this g-spot vibrator that is designed to stimulate that area and you may increase a wife’s chances of squirting.
Add in Clitoral Stimulation
For many women, g-spot stimulation isn’t enough to orgasm or squirt. Once a wife is really aroused, stimulated her g-spot for a bit, add in clitoral stimulation. You can use another vibrator, like a bullet vibrator to stimulate the clitoris.
Look At What’s Happening
Whether you use a mirror or just keep the lights on and look down, looking at what’s going on will increase your arousal. Essentially, the more aroused you are, the easier it will be to squirt. Get in front of a mirror or use a hand-held mirror to see what’s going on.
Use Extra Lube
Especially if you choose to use a vibrator to stimulate the g-spot and the clitoris, you’ll want to use more lubrication than normal. Try and go with one that doesn’t dry out quickly. The wetter you are, the more aroused you’ll be.
Push Down When You’re Ready to Orgasm
When you get close to orgasm, push down like you are pushing something out of your vagina. This is considered an essential motion to squirt, because it will allow the fluid to be released. It may even feel like you’re about to pee. You’ll have to push through that sensation to squirt.

Hopefully, these tips will help you squirt during sex. But, if you can’t or it doesn’t, you’ll still have a lot of enjoyment trying. Don’t get discouraged about whether or not you can squirt. What’s most important is that you and your spouse are being sexually adventurous.
